Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
• Custom or personalized items may require 3–7 business days depending on design approval.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

International Orders

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship from the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery after shipment:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days

 

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost to reship the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is outside of our control.
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please:

  1. Check with your local carrier

  2. Confirm the shipping address

  3. Contact us so we can assist with a claim if needed
